Situated 18 km from Rome Fiumicino airport and 12 km from the city centre of Rome. This delightful 27 hole layout has played host to the European Ladies Italian Open for the past three years and continues to grow in reputation. All three nines were designed by David Mezzacane and Massimo Mannelli, whilst legendary golf course architect Peter Fazio also lent his expertise. The terrain of all three courses certainly contains its fair share of history, the White Course, 9 holes, 35 par, 3056 yards. Parkland with lakes, was developed on the private hunting grounds of Leo X - a 15th century Pope. There are some testing tee shots that may make golfers hold back on the driver. The Blue Course is similar in style to its two sister layouts, offering numerous water-traps for wayward drives. The remains of ancient Roman dwelling can be found near the final fairway. The Red Course at Parco de’ Medici, 9 holes, 35 par, 2805 yards is another good test. After your golf the clubhouse bar offers refreshing post round drinks and snacks and the restaurant offers the best culinary dishes of local products.
